You will

Craft innovative strategies: work alongside our talented consultants to develop tailored social media strategies that drive significant growth in the fashion, beauty, food & beverage, and interior industries.

Make real impact: Implement social media strategies that genuinely boost our clients’ growth, community engagement, and follower interaction.

Audience mastery: Deep dive into audience analytics to develop actionable personas and spearhead targeted activations across various social platforms.

Creative leadership: Provide clear, influential creative directions and craft in-depth briefs that resonate and engage.

Data-driven excellence: Monitor, measure, and recalibrate based on key performance indicators to continuously elevate our campaigns.

Team leadership: Play a pivotal role in assembling and nurturing a top-tier social media expert team, setting the stage for the next chapter of our story.

Requirements

• Educational excellence: A master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.

• Storytelling savant: A natural-born storyteller with an innate understanding of the power of social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

• Organizational mastermind: Exceptional planning and project management skills, with a knack for proactive stakeholder communication.

• Proactive dynamo: A dynamic, go-getter attitude—nothing excites you more than propelling a project forward.

• Innovative mindset: An out-of-the-box thinker who sees opportunities instead of obstacles.

• Continuous improvement: A critical thinker dedicated to perpetual enhancement of processes and outcomes.

• Proven experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your capacity to lead and innovate.
