Many brands still treat a product launch as an isolated moment: one peak, one campaign, one shot at success.
IOAN consciously chose a different approach. Together, we built a launch that delivered not only a short-term boost, but also structural growth, stronger customer relationships, and increased repeat purchases.

The result? Not just a successful launch, but a solid foundation for sustainable performance.

From a classic launch to a month of momentum

Instead of launching multiple products at once, IOAN deliberately opted for a staggered approach. Over the course of one month, a new product was introduced each week. This gave every product the space it needed for its own story and focus, without overwhelming the audience.

For consumers, the launch month didn’t feel like a series of promotions, but rather like a logically built journey. Each week created a new, relevant touchpoint that kept interest and purchase intent alive.

This strategy clearly paid off:

  • Conversion rates increased by +92%
  • Revenue grew by +85% month-over-month

The launch was no longer a one-off moment, but an ongoing flow that continued to deliver results.

The real launch started before launch day

A key success factor in this case was what happened before the launch month. In the run-up to the product introductions, a targeted lead generation campaign was set up. The goal wasn’t to collect as many email addresses as possible, but to attract relevant, genuinely interested profiles and warm them up for what was coming.

Thanks to this approach, the launch month didn’t start from scratch, but with a warm audience:

  • Approximately 500 leads were collected
  • 75% via paid media
  • 20% of these leads made a purchase during the launch month
  • 10% of those buyers were completely new IOAN customers

Because IOAN had already been consistently investing in paid media, we were able to build on previous learnings. This resulted in strong targeting and high-quality leads that truly converted.

The power of existing customers during a launch

While the launch month strongly contributed to new customer acquisition, a significant share of the growth came from IOAN’s existing customer base. During this period, the revenue share from returning customers increased by +37%, clearly showing that the launch was not purely acquisition-driven, but also successfully reactivated existing relationships.

By introducing multiple products in quick succession, existing customers were given repeated, relevant reasons to return. The launch didn’t function as a single purchase moment, but as a series of triggers that encouraged repeat purchases.

This is reflected in customer behavior:

  • 7% of customers placed multiple orders during the launch month
  • Without any decrease in average order value

In other words: customers didn’t buy more cautiously, they remained just as confident.

From case study to blueprint for future launches

This case clearly shows that successful product launches rarely revolve around a single moment. They require a thoughtful build-up in which pre-launch, launch, and post-launch reinforce one another. By capturing leads upfront, maintaining consistent momentum during the launch, and actively engaging existing customers, a launch becomes a strategic growth lever rather than a standalone campaign.

For IOAN, this approach became more than a one-time success. Today, it serves as a blueprint for future launches, with proven impact on conversion, revenue, and customer value.
