‘Wake up to a renewed dream’ – the words of Gregoir Lifestyle’s CEO, Hervé Gregoir, inviting us to a new world, a new rêve. A dream we were honoured to help build, from the very beginning of this project.

Its roots lie within the Gregoir Group, long known for its expertise in mobility brands: BMW, Mini, BMW Motorrad & Hyundai. For years, Gregoir has built its presence in what could be called where journeys begin, where time is spent, and where experiences unfold in motion

But what if this relationship didn’t end where the engine stopped? What if you could translate this same sense of craftsmanship & comfort into spaces where people truly live: their homes, their interiors, their daily rituals. Gregoir Lifestyle became the answer to that question, with brands such as Camerich and Geodesis.

An umbrella lifestyle universe, where furniture, fragrance and design come together under one shared philosophy. At its heart stands Castle Diependael. Not just a showroom, it’s a physical expression of the brand: a place to slow down, discover and to feel.

The goals

Gregoir Lifestyle was built around three clear ambitions:

  • Building awareness where we unite multiple lifestyle brands under one overall, coherent identity,
  • Turning the website into a place of online discovery and encouraging exploration
  • Enabling high-intent showroom appointments at Castle Diependael, as the key driver for bottom-funnel sales

The journey

Gregoir Lifestyle didn’t start from zero, it started from fragmented awareness. Individual touchpoints were already present at the start of the strategy: Camerich, Castle Diependael, Geodesis and Gregoir Mobility. But what was missing was the overarching Gregoir Lifestyle universe. How to move from a single-brand approach towards a unified umbrella brand, without losing the strength & identity of each entity?

This required strong, aligned storytelling, high-end consistent experience, and a clear connection between online inspiration & offline, human engagement. Here, the utilization of a profound online booking tool plays a crucial role, enabling the online interested visitors to take concrete actions towards creating their own space.

Right from the start, it was clear: this evolution couldn’t be reached with an online focus solely, a strong 360° approach where paid, owned and earned channels are combined was needed to create a strong ecosystem.

The strategy

Brand before product: instead of leading with collections or promotions, Gregoir Lifestyle was positioned as a place, a lifestyle, a universe: embodied by the Castle, its brands, and the people behind them.

To make impact, a fully integrated 360° ecosystem was essential: one where paid, owned and earned channels worked together to consistently tell the Gregoir Lifestyle story, guide discovery and build trust over time.

Last but not least, the booking toolbecame a key strategic spill: a measurable indicator of intent, bridging the gap between inspiration & action.

The results

Over time, Gregoir Lifestyle saw a steady increase in traffic, driven primarily by awareness-focused campaigns. Sessions grew month over month, with Google Ads emerging as the strongest driver. At the same time, the impact of the wider ecosystem became clear, with visible peaks following PR moments and renewed brand activity. This confirmed that Gregoir Lifestyle was no longer just being seen, but increasingly being actively searched for, often with Castle Diependael acting as the natural entry point into the brand universe.

A key driver behind the growth in awareness and engagement was a video-first approach in social advertising. Short-form videos became the main vehicle to tell the Gregoir Lifestyle story, combining atmosphere, product context and human presence. By mixing storytelling-driven scenes around the Castle and products with more spontaneous, human moments featuring the founder and the people behind the brand, these videos consistently outperformed static formats and strengthened recognition across awareness and consideration phases. Besides paid visibility, email marketing played an important role in personal communication. Through newsletters and automated flows, Gregoir Lifestyle was able to slow the conversation down, nurture interest and deepen relationships over time.

To bridge digital discovery and physical experience, an online booking tool was introduced as a soft but meaningful call to action. Hundreds of users initiated an appointment flow, making the tool a valuable indicator of intent. It provided clear insight into the journey from inspiration to action, and a solid foundation for bottom-funnel sales.

Beyond digital channels, Gregoir Lifestyle also strengthened its impact through a focused presence at relevant in-market fairs, such as Maison & Objet. These moments allowed the brand to engage with new prospects in a personal way, gaining deeper insight into B2B clients, their needs, ongoing projects and the products they are actively looking for: further anchoring Gregoir Lifestyle within the professional design landscape.

Together, these results marked an important first step in building Gregoir Lifestyle as a living, evolving universe. Not a brand defined by campaigns or products alone, but by experiences, relationships and moments that extend beyond a single touchpoint. A renewed dream: now taking shape, both online and within the walls of Castle Diependael.
