Introduce yourself and what you do in a few sentences?

Hi, I’m Pauline, 27 years old and living in the heart of Antwerp. My friends and family would describe me as enthusiastic, social and eager to learn. In my opinion, weekends exist to be filled with quality time with your loved ones while enjoying cosy citystrolls, some spicy margaritas and exploring new restaurants creating new dishes in my own kitchen!.

After a bachelor in Communication Management I went for a master’s degree in Journalism. During my first job experience at oona agency, I got to experience the exciting experience of transforming a client’s wants and needs into a successful campaign. After almost 3 years, I was ready for something new and exciting while keeping my eye on the Dot Society’s vacancies. And… since November 2024 I can happily call myself a Digital Business Consultant at the Dot Society.

How do you prefer to start your day?

I’m not really a morning person to be honest. So to make every morning as easy as possible, I start my day with a coffee, matcha or green tea, to make sure I’m fully awake before heading to work. Once arrived, I like to check e-mails and make sure my to do list is complete to start the day!

Must-read book?

When I started reading ‘Everything I know about love’ I did not have any expectations. Little did I know, Dolly Alderton would make such an impact on me! This funny but also heartbreaking and especially recognizable book teaches you how to navigate life’s unexpected twists and turns. Would definitely recommend!

What led you to The Dot Society

I was drawn to The Dot for a couple of reasons. After diving into the website, I was pleasantly surprised to see all these motivated women with a strong knowledge in digital marketing. Besides this, The Dot’s clients and their universes including beauty, fashion and lifestyle really spoke to me. As a hands-on and eager to learn person, I was very excited to become part of this team and to expand my knowledge by learning from these women entrepreneurs.
