We are on the hunt for a visionary Medior/Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to champion our next chapter and lay the foundations to grow our marketing automation team from the ground up. You will

Craft Tailored Strategies: Collaborate with our team of consultants to create customized marketing automation strategies that are uniquely suited to our clients’ business models.

Drive Real Results: Implement cutting-edge email marketing and automation strategies that significantly boost our clients’ bottom lines.

Master Lead Nurturing: Develop and refine lead nurturing processes and personalize customer journeys that not only engage but convert.

Dive into Data: Analyze first-party data to segment target groups effectively, ensuring precise and impactful marketing efforts.

Lead with Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators and continually optimize strategies to exceed benchmarks and expectations.

Build Excellence: Take charge of assembling and leading a top-tier in-house marketing automation team from the ground up.

Requirements

•  Educational Foundation: A master’s degree in marketing or business is preferred.

•  Organizational Prodigy: Exceptional planning and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

• Proactive Dynamo: You are driven by the thrill of advancing projects and take initiative with a hands-on approach.

•  Creative and adaptable: An out-of-the-box thinker who sees opportunities where others dee obstacles.

•  Critical mindset: a relentless desire to question, refine and improve processes and strategies.

•  Inspirational leader: Ability to inspire, motivate and guide a team towards a unified vision.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Klaviyo is a bonus but a fierce eagerness to learn is even more curcial.

• Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record that speaks to your skills and successes.
