What does the job contain?

Translate our clients’ brand identity into eye-catching visuals and creative assets that stand out – from social posts and short videos to newsletters and marketing automation.

Manage your own creative projects from A to Z: deadlines, planning and client relationships are all part of your toolkit.

Develop and pitch creative ideas that truly make an impact and play into the latest beauty, fashion and lifestyle trends.

Work closely with our business consultants to turn strategy into creative deliverables that drive results.

Experiment with AI in design and content creation, and don’t shy away from testing new tools and techniques.

Stay sharp on the latest design and social trends – from TikTok aesthetics to AI-driven features.

Requirements

• A degree in graphic design or another creative field.

• You’re a true digital native: TikTok, Instagram & Pinterest are your playgrounds and sources of inspiration.

• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), ideally also Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• A portfolio that shows your creativity, design skills and eye for aesthetics in both image and video.

• A passion for strong brands, storytelling and content that sticks.

• Strong communication skills and a love for teamwork, while also being able to manage projects independently.

• Interest and curiosity in using AI tools for creation and optimization.
