Administrative support

You will

Oversee HR-related matters, including payroll, holidays, work regulations, … with an unwavering attention to detail.
Make new employees feel welcome right from the gekko, it’s all about starting off on a good note right?
Excel at organizing company events and trips as if you were born to be an event planner.
Ensure accurate management of accounts receivable.
Ensure that all contracts are handled with the utmost care and punctuality.
Foster a joyful office environment, one where everyone can flourish and thrive.

Requirements

You preferably have a bachelor/master degree in communications / business
You are an organizational mastermind and have mind-blowing communication skills
You are a real teamplayer but at the same time you thrive in working independantly
You can think outside the box and have a flexible proactive approach on the day to day.
You have a true problem solving mindset, ain’t no mountain high enough.
Some knowledge of HR, marketing & accounting is definitely a plus, but eagerness to learn is more important than already knowing everything.
You have a proven track record +5 years experience within a slightly bigger company (+20 employees).
