Digital business consultant – Medior/Senior

We are on the hunt for a visionary Medior/Senior Digital Business Consultantto champion our next chapter and lay the foundations for future growth. If you have a passion for turning complex data into compelling marketing strategies that drive business success, we want you.

You will

You will determine the ideal long-term digital strategy for your clients and can translate this into an actionable/concrete roadmap for the day-to-day. 

You will lead your client teams towards the common goal and motivate them along the way. You also challenge them to do better every day, pushing boundaries is what you aim for! 

You will listen carefully to the needs of our clients and foster & nurture the relationship with them to spot growth opportunities.

Requirements

•  You preferably have a masters degree in business, economics or management.

•  You are fluent in Dutch and have a great proficiency in English and French. 

•  Exceptional planning and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

•  Proactive Dynamo: You are drive by the thrill of advancing projects and take initiative with a hands-on approach.

•  Creative and adaptable: An out-of-the-box thinker who sees opportunities where other see obstacles.

•  Critical Mindset: A relentless desire to question, refine and improve processes and strategies.

•  Inspirational Leader: Ability to inspire, motivate and guide a team toward a unified vision.

•  Familiarity with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, Tiktok, Google Analytics 4, …) is a bonus, but a fierce eagerness to learn is even more crucial.

•  Proven experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role OR in a position where customer relationship management and project management where key.
